The Ageless Technique
There’s always light at the end of the tunnel, – you’re just looking at the wrong end”.
Ageless Technique (AT) uses simple sports psychology and resilience techniques to completely change the experience of ageing. This is probably the easiest thing you’ll ever do – and possibly the most effective.
A major study across Britain, published in 2011, showed that nothing medical was as effective as building up your resilience and mind-set to cope with the challenges of ageing. AT opens up all the resilience you could ever want. It’s fast, it’s fun, and in one session you’re the expert. Makes sense. If you’re not the expert on you, who is?
Stop pretending to be older, just because your body is. Click here if you’d like to learn more about booking an enjoyable session for yourself and your friends, or your local group, or to ask about experiencing AT as part of an Our Place Wellbeing Day.
Ageless Technique has been developed by Paul Springer, based on the work of Douglas Harding combined with Paul’s background in psychology, fitness, and being a professional little old man. Paul is a Senior Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine, Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health, and CEO of the Age Related Diseases and Health Trust.
Ageless Technique is being launched by Our Place – locally and nationally – as a simple foundation for our Wellbeing Days. This foundation could empower you to:
- Find out how to build more fitness and strength no matter what your condition or age.
- Learn life-saving First Aid: We should all be able to help our partners, children, grandchildren, friends and neighbours in crisis.
- Try out and consider some of the techniques in our Complimentary Techniques and Therapies guide.
- Discover opportunities to increase well-being and enjoyment in many areas of life. “We’re all getting older – might as well get good at it”.
